About Claire Arrowsmith...
Claire holds an Honours Degree in Zoology
and a Masters Degree in Applied Animal Behaviour
and Animal Welfare from Edinburgh University.

In the past Claire has dealt with behavioural
problems of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People,
before starting up her own successful behavioural consultancy. Claire is a full member of
the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors
and a much respected Puppy School tutor.
