General terms of conditions

Our bills are payable at the postal address of the seller, net and cash, without discount, excepting contrary conditions for oders. Our receipts bring no conversion of debts nor divergence to this clause.

At their expiry date, all unpaid bills automatically generate, without reminder nor request for payment, a moratory interest of 15 %, increased of a 20 % damage at large of the owed amount, with a minimum of 25 €.

Until complete payment of all payment requests, emanating from the agreements of sale for the buyer, the delivered goods remain the sole property of the seller and can be reclaimed back by the seller, if payment does not occur in time.

In case of contentions, exclusively the jurisdiction of the seller's canton is competent. |
| 5) |
The goods, even with franc shipment, are shipped at the buyer's risk. In order to be valid, every complaint has to be informed in writing and within 8 days after delivery.
